A very good example of this uncommon Dr Seuss 'pop-up and read' book, with all the pop-ups in full working order. The book was issued without a dust-jacket.

First edition, first impression; large 8vo (230 x 165 mm.); colour illustrations throughout by Roy McKie, with moveable parts, onlaid string and elastic band all present & correct, the 'Brice-Mice Mail Box' gear a little worn but working, otherwise all in working order; publisher's pictorial boards, a little rubbed at corners, spine mildly discoloured, otherwise very good.
