Latin printing of these two works by Leonhard Gorecki and Jan Lasicki about the Romanian struggle against Ottoman rule. It was published simultaneously in German by Wechel in 1578.
The account includes the insurgencies of the Wallachian governors (Voivodes) Bogdan and Ivonia in 1572 and 1574, detailing the Romanians' early victory against the Ottomans with the support of Polish troops, and the assassination of Ivonia.
