An excellent copy of the first edition, in the original Finnish. The fifth of Tove Jansson's Moomin titles, this one sees her adopting a slightly darker tone than evident in the earlier titles, albeit without the apocalyptic terror intimated in her second work, Comet in Moominland. Without jacket, as issued.
