The exhibition opened as a prelude to the Delhi Durbar of 1903 when Edward VII was crowned as Emperor of India.
First edition, presentation inscription to title; 8vo (25 x 17 cm); frontispiece and 87 photographic plates; publisher's half calf, cloth boards, gilt pictorial motif to upper board and spine, extremities a little rubbed, a very good copy; xv, 546 pp.
