Eat your bread with joy and drink your wine with a glad heart'. An attractive decorative Sterling Silver salt and pepper set, produced by the masters of the Jerusalem Bezalel school.
Tapered tray with applique filigree and acid etched organic tendrils, with Hebrew verse from Ecclesiastes (9:7) 'Eat your bread with joy and drink your wine with a good heart'. With arched handles; the whole supported on four ball feet. Length: 146mm. Salt and pepper cellars, similarly decorated with filigree and acid-etched Hebrew labels. Small dent to lid of pepper. Height: 50mm. Stamped in Hebrew Bezalel Jerusalem, with silver marks.
