Here a series of polaroid photographs are reproduced with a title opposite each: Richard Hamilton, Dieter Rot, Andy Warhol, Jasper Johns, Larry Rivers, Robin Crozier, Robert Morris, Robert Rauschenberg, self portrait, Dick Rivers, Robert Filliou. Dick Rivers is a psudonym used by Faulkner in his work; it was also the name chosen by French singer Hervé Forneri, adapted from the character Deke Rivers played by Elvis Presley in his 1957 film Loving You. Ulises Carrión's assembling magazine Ephemera #2 (Amsterdam, Other Books & So, December 1977), a monthly journal of mail and ephemeral works, reproduces a series of images with the title '"Dick Rivers, Private Investigator", Derek Faulkner, Newcastle.'
