The Nigerian film industry is the third largest in the world. Hugo had initially intended to take photographs on film sets, but this proved impossible; instead, he worked with a local make-up artist to recreate typical scenes and settings from the 'Splatter' genre of horror films, using local actors.

First edition, signed and dated in black ink on half-title; (259 x 241 mm, 10¼ x 9½ in); colour photographs; black endpapers, black leatherette-covered boards, titles stamped in gold on upper side and spine, photographic reproduction mounted on upper side, leaning slightly, near-fine; 120pp.
