Detailed plan of the seige of Ventimiglia - in the south of France during the War of Austrian Succession - on October 28th 1747.

The Allied army is clearly marked to the east of the river Roya, camped behind their defensive lines, with three British warships anchored off the coast. To the west of the river lie the French and Spanish forces to the north of Ventimiglia. A key to the right of the plan provides information upon the composition of the French and Spanish forces.
