Although given as 'Second edition' it is pretty certain the 'First' of 'ten thousand copies... printed in Australia' never existed and was simply a trick to drum up sales.
"Second edition"; 8vo (24 x 18.5 cm); copiously illustrated with engravings and photographic reproductions including portrait frontispiece; publisher's original printed yellow boards backed in cloth and stapled, inner hinges a little loose but firm, small tears to inner margin of final leaf without loss, boards a little rubbed, a very good copy; 120 pp.
