First Rackham edition, number 52 of 525 copies, signed by Rackham, with an additional plate in original envelope signed to the mount by Rackham; 4to (300 x 245 mm), a further 13 colour plates within the book, some peripheral toning toning, offsetting from browned tissue-guards to a few text pages and slightly to plate opposite, more evident to title-page, else very good; publisher's grey cloth gilt with title motif in white cloth gilt to upper cover, a couple of small,closed splits, joints slightly loose but still firm, in all a very good copy.
