12mo (162 x 195 mm); 11 engraved plates including portrait frontispiece, owner inscription, bookseller's label to front pastedown, light spotting to plates; pebble-grained red morocco tooled in gilt, gilt spine in five compartments, all edges gilt, minor rubbing to extremities, minor blemishes to upper spine, hinges appear split but the binding holds, very good; [xvi], 523pp, [8]ads.
