First edition, first impression; 8vo; neat ownership inscription to front free endpaper, else unmarked internally; publisher's maroon cloth, gilt lettering to spine, light spotting to edges, with the unclipped pictorial dust-jacket, some light soiling to rear panel, extremities slightly rubbed, short closed tear to top edge of front panel, else very good.
