Author John Wright was a member of the Royal Horticultural Society and editor of the Journal of Horticulture.First edition; 3 vols, 4to; 43 chromolithographic plates, chromolithographic titles, engravings within the text, a little spotting, primarily to early leaves, and some light toning of the margins; original green publisher's cloth blocked in black and gilt, cloth a little rubbed at the extremities, spines slightly rolled, a very good set.
