Macfarlane, later printing; Folio (340 x 270mm); engraved frontispiece, title, scripture themed maps in colour, several engravings taken from photographs, family registrar between Testaments as usual, minor spotting to prelims; bound in dark brown full morocco, blind stamped to upper board enclosing stylised floral lozenge, ruled in gilt with dentelle like borders, inner-dentelles, six compartments to spine gilt-tooled, lettering in gilt, boards set in brass with two sturdy clasps, all edges gilt, minor wear to extremities of spine, remarkable condition for the weight and size, very good indeed.
