First edition, first impression; 8vo; illustrated by Susan Benson, minor offsetting to endpapers, else unmarked internally; publisher's blue cloth, gilt lettering to spine, original dust-jacket using a photograph by Tina Tranter, spine faded as usual, else a very pleasing copy.
