First edition, limited to 1500 numbered copies, large 4to (32 x 26 cm). xv, 23 pp., 103 illustrations on 95 leaves, including 24 tipped-in in colour with tissue guard. Pink cloth gilt, oval illustration of a hunting dog gilt to upper cover, letters and editor's monogram gilt to spine, top edge gilt, cloth lightly stained to upper cover and faded to spine, a very good copy.
