Postumously published the year after Dahl's death, a children's story written to benefit the Dyslexia Institute in London (now Dyslexia Action), with Dahl and Blake donating their rights, it tells the story of the eponymous dyslexic vicar who doesn't realise that he say many words backwards, with confusing consequences in his weekly sermons.

First UK edition; 8vo (242 x 165 mm); illustrations by Quentin Blake in both colour and black & white; publisher's blue cloth boards, spine lettered in gilt, illustrated dust-jacket, a fine copy; 24pp.
