I and former owner's name to half-title vol. 2, vol. I internally fresh, some occasional, light finger soiling or minor spots, mostly to margins, a few quires split at hinge but firm; uniformly bound in publisher's blue cloth, decoratively ruled and pictorially stamped in gilt on front covers, no fading whatsoever to gilt-stamped decoration, spines lettered in gilt, all edges gilt, spine ends bumped, some wear to extremities, more notable to lower, outer corner of second vol., minor soiling to upper boards, otherwise a very good set overall; [vi], [2], 212pp; [4], 240pp.
