Germany had gained the Sudetenland, invaded and annexed what she named the ' Proctectorate of Bohemia and Moravia ' and finally regained the Memel territory from Lithuania and all these areas are included in this volume. This copy also contains the extremely rare general road map issued by DDAC which was issued loose with the book but is usually missing. This copy appears to have been issued during the War c.1943.
